Thank you for Great Service Yesterday, your driver picked my mother up from the Gold Coast and transferred her to our house in Brisbane. Mum was extremely worried about the journey as she has cancer and has not been far from home for a while. Unfortunatley due to work commitments I couldn't drive to the Gold Coast to pick her up to join us for Christmas. Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I just wanted to express my gratitude. Mum had a wonderful trip and it was a great start to Christmas for her. He looked after her, entertained her and generally made her trip a pleasure. Just a short note to say, “Thanks for the ride!” I have been using your airport transfer service for more than 4 years now, and last year alone clocked up more than 50 trips with you, so I consider myself a bit of an expert on BCT, and thought you might like a bit of feedback. Firstly, your guys turn up! That might seem trivial, but believe me I have had enough stress in the past by cabs, and even limos, that “fail to arrive” – one particularly nasty incident in Secondly, they turn up on time! That’s a definite bonus and a stress reliever. I now relax enough on the transfer leg to get a bit of thinking done - something your people are quite happy to let me do, by the way, which leads me to the next point: Thirdly, they’re happy to shut up!. If it looks like I want to talk, every driver in the fleet is happy to offer pleasant and friendly conversation but I’ll give them this: If I want to be left alone, they’ll offer me the day’s paper and, if I decline, they respect my silence and are happy to just sit there and drive. That’s rare – and it’s enormously appreciated. Fourthly, I have become a van fan! Your Vehicles are quiet, comfortable, always clean, and provide my 190 cm frame room in which to stretch out. Fifthly, you don’t do milk runs!
