BCT Transfers was established in 1999 and has been built on a reputation of high quality and reliability. Since its beginnings, BCT has experienced strong growth and has focused on continually improving the systems and the quality of service which they offer to all of their clients and franchisees. In 2008, BCT Transfers became the first Airport Transfer franchise in Australia and was recognised as a member of the Franchise Council of Australia.
BCT transfers over 5,000 passengers every month and their goal is to provide quality transfers at both ends of their client's journey. BCT pride themselves on the "Quality" and "Reliability" of their service and have built their reputation on it.
BCT is a direct door-to-door transportation service that provides comfort and business class service, utilizing late model Toyota Tarago’s. BCT provides a personalised service by assisting customers with their luggage. Customers are transferred to their destination in complete comfort, often enjoying a DVD on their journey, free chilled water and reading material to ensure clients always have a pleasant, stress free experience on their journey.
BCT offers baby seats and booster seats for the little ones and the vehicles have roof racks and can provide trailers for extra luggage, all at no extra charge.
